Request made within 14 days of purchase and less than 20% of course materials accessed. No questions asked.

Partial Refund Available

Request made within 30 days with 20-50% content accessed. Prorated based on completed modules.

Important to Know

Once you've completed more than half of a course, refunds aren't available. This protects both you and other learners by ensuring course materials remain valuable and protected.

  • Course access is tracked automatically from the moment you log in and view materials
  • Downloadable resources count as accessed content once opened or downloaded
  • Live workshop attendance is considered non-refundable once you've joined the session
